Since 1999, Indy BackPack Attack has made it our mission to collect school supplies for children in the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) as well as other schools in Marion, Boone, Hancock and Hendricks counties.
In 2011 we were able to help over 35,000 children with your help!
Did you know?
- 83% of the families in the IPS school system can’t afford the basic school supplies that their children need.
- Students with inadequate supplies suffer an unnecessary struggle to keep up with peers.
- Many IPS teachers spend their own money to purchase these supplies for students.

7:30am - 2:00pm
Weather permitting we will be in the parking lot in front
of the museum to hand out your bins and posters.
If the weather does not cooperate we will have you park in
the garage on Illinois and set up registration just inside the
of Museum at the end of the Skybridge.
